- Sales – We are seeking a skilled sales professional who will be responsible for prospecting, making sales presentations to senior level decision makers and selling communication solutions to end users to help solve their business communication needs. Our Sales Representatives are highly rewarded with base salary plus commission. Sales Representatives also receive auto and cell phone allowances and they participate in sales achievement contests to win gifts, travel and additional bonuses. - System Implementation Specialists – responsible for coordinating all phases of converged commercial telephone system implementations for our high-visibility Global, National and Government Accounts division. Successful candidates will be able to provide leadership and direction, while accomplishing deliverables throughout the life cycle of the projects. The project coordinator ensures that resources, equipment and responsibilities are clearly assigned and documented; leads conference calls; administers documentation such as quality assurance, agendas, time lines, and delivery & acceptance certificates; defines, manages and maintains project priorities for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technician - Fusion Communications, Inc. is an industry leader in voice and data convergence. The Technical Support group is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the team that is responsible for the support of [IP based applications, including voicemail,, SIP, Live Business Gateway Video and Audio conferencing, and Network Management interfacing to the Mitel Networks' converged IP Telephony platforms.] The candidate will provide technical support to field engineers and technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex communication/telephony equipment, computer systems and/or complex software. The candidate may be involved in customer installations assistance and training, might be required to provide support to customers/users in which the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. We're looking for a hard-working individual who gets satisfaction out of delivering high quality products in a fast-paced, vibrant team environment.
